What must be borne in mind with regard to the journey to the start?
According to the legal regulations for professional passenger transport, the pure driving time may not exceed nine hours a day. This includes the journey to the start. We plan the excursions so that the regulations can be observed. We would be happy to advise on all possible versions.

How much luggage can I take with me?
Hybrid vehicles have a large electric battery, which is normally located in the boot. The latter is reduced by this volume. Consequently, each passenger may not bring more luggage than permitted in an aircraft cabin (per person one small roller suitcase and hand luggage).
In the case of individual guests, additional luggage can be transported on the back seat.
If necessary, we would be pleased to put a modern rollator at your disposal, for which there is room in the boot. Please indicate this at registration.

What happens if the weather is bad?
We arrange destination and date with our guests before starting the journey. If the weather forecast indicates that very bad weather is to be expected for the day of the trip, it is usually possible to change the destination at short notice in consultation with the travel management. For example: art exhibition instead of open air museum.
It is also possible to postpone the journey once, up to 48 hours before starting the journey due to very bad weather. In this regard it must be borne in mind that vouchers or credits are valid for one year. Postponements are only possible in consultation with the travel management.
